1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After registering your return, you have 7 days to actually return the product.

 

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

• The item is in its original condition and packaging

• All labels and tags are still attached

• The product is not used or damaged

We reserve the right to refuse returned items that do not meet the above conditions.

 

3. Returns Procedure

2. We will provide you with return instructions.

3. Return the product to the specified return address.

⚠️ Returns that are not pre-registered may be refused.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

• The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

 

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return:

• You will receive a refund within 14 days.

• The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original payment.

• Any shipping costs are non-refundable unless the entire order is returned.
